Keeps our Bakery Kitchen functioning by means of cleanliness no debris on floors to keep work areas organized and free of slip & fall hazards

Reports To: Owners, Bakers, Shift Supervisor and Managers.
Wage Range: $17.50-$21.00/hour
Full Time Benefits: 401k, medical, dental, vision. Monthly store credit, 50% employee discount. 90-day evaluation period.
Required Availability: Full-time: Friday - Tuesday, 8-9 hour shifts range from 6:00 AM start to 3:30 PM end. Part-time: Friday - Sunday, eight - nine hour shifts ranging from 6:00 AM start to 6:15 PM end.

- Washes dishes to meet cleanliness standards
- Attention to daily build up of residue from washing dishes
- Puts away clean, dry dishes in proper places
- Keeps unwashed dishes and dish area clean and organized
- Maintains clean kitchen floor: sweeping and mopping
- Keeps walls clean
- Cleans burners, pans, plastic containers and utensils
- Takes out garbage and flattens all boxes
- Performs work station sanitation properly
- Completes assigned tasks on time, or tells supervisor before deadline that you need help
- Thoroughly clean areas kitchen following a detailed checklist
- Demonstrates proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment
- Uses cleaning supplies and chemicals correctly
- Knows where to find cleaning materials
- Maintains preoper ph levels in Sanitzer
- Washes all pots, pans, proofing containers, baking sheets and all other tools and equipment used for baking, utilizing 3 compartment sink
- Washes nozzle at sink weekly
- Keeps dish area organized, clean and tidy throughout shift
- Mops floors and cleans out drains and drain covers
- Puts all clean, dry dishes away in the appropriate places
- Follows all Food Safety requirements
- Communicates regularly with the shift supervisor or manager
- Works at a high level of sanitation and safety
- Stickler for cleanliness
- Loves working neatly and efficiently
